The primary goal is to increase environmental sensitivity by managing waste efficiently and sustainably at every stage, from its source to its final transformation, and by raising social awareness; and to bring together the business world and the public sector in strong cooperation around these goals. The Union supports the necessary infrastructure for the reuse, recovery, and processing of waste in a way that creates economic value, by accelerating the transformation in the sector; It promotes local development by providing training, consultancy, and financial guidance to small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, it focuses on positioning our country as a global leader in the field of circular economy by ensuring the harmonization of legislation at local and international levels and the adaptation of global best practices to Turkey. By basing its approach on sustainability at every step, supporting research and innovation in waste management and circular economy, and establishing a strong collaborative network with sector stakeholders, the association acts with a sense of social responsibility to leave a cleaner, more efficient, and fairer world for future generations.
